What it feels like to be in love.

My heart and mind aches. There is no other way to describe it.

This could be due to the fact that this time I've gone and fallen in love with someone real. Before, it was always fictional characters. A Mr. Darcy here, a Gilbert Blythe there. And hey, that was cool, but they don't exist, therefore there is never going to be any kind of chance for anyone, let alone me. I'm a grown girl, I could always admit that. But guys, I did the stupid thing and stepped outside this fictional crush realm and into reality.

It hurts more.

Let me give you all some very important advice. If you follow these steps then I can promise that you won't have to go through what I am. Please, I'm trying to save you all here.

1. DON'T go on youtube. Just don't do it. Thats where he will steal your heart and leave you whimpering all over the laptop keyboard.
2. DON'T think about how much you love suits, and suspenders, and class, and everything gentlemanly and rediulously handsome.
3. DON'T think about the words 'Michael' and 'Buble' together. Erase both names from your memory, forever. "Michael? Nope, never heard of the name. Sorry." Thats what you should do.
4. Finally, and this is probably the most important one, DON'T go and give all of your good sense to someone who has a younger, better looking, nicer but 'just as good of a voice' apprentice, or voice-a-like. Because, thats what the silly me went and did.

Every female with a ears loves Michael Buble - we all know that. I'm not special. I get it. I also get that the best part of Michael Buble is definitely his voice. Ah-mazing voice, Ah-mazing style, ordinary looks. Harsh, but come on, its fair. Besides, we all still love him because he's like chocolate for the soul. Irresistible, addicting.

HOWEVER.

Australia just started a new season of The Voice. I love it. My dad loves. Our whole family loves it. My mum considered getting rid of our TV and then went, "Oh no, we can't, the voice is still on." You get the picture. There are a lot of great voices on this years season, but there is only one 'Australia's version of the Michael Buble' and he is young, and he is gorgeous, and he is just everything. (That was a pun just there, in case you missed it. Everything is a Michael Buble song. I really hope that you already knew that.) And now my mind is like, "Thanks for looking after my heart Michael, but I'm going to take it back now because Harrison Craig needs it."

DON'T LOOK HIM UP. Harrison Craig that is. I don't want you to fall into the same trap that I did. I also don't want anymore competition. I've already got all of Australia to be better than - give a girl a chance.

Now I'm listening to sappy Michael Buble songs like 'Everything' on constant repeat because I like to pretend that he wrote it for me and that both Michael and Harrison are going to want me and I'm going to have to turn one of them down. Thats what love feels like. Sickening. Horribly soft and sappy. Like someone stole all of my good sense.

I'm actually kidding, you should totally look Harrison up. Don't be an idiot.

:)
